Tariff 2022

Caravan, Motorhomes and Tent Pitches

Pitch fee includes caravans, tents or motorhomes with two adults and one car.

All bookings are 12 noon to 12 noon. The pitch/tent fees are based upon two adults and one car per night. Open mid-March to mid-October each year.

Wigwam® Cabins 2022 Tariffs 

Open mid March to mid October each year

Peak Rate

Friday and Saturday nights; all Bank Holidays; all school holidays (Easter, Spring Bank; Summer; half terms; Scottish and English holiday dates apply)

Big Chief - sleep up to five persons each

£60 per night based on two nights, two adults sharing one cabin

Running Water (with wash basin and toilet) - sleep up to four persons each

£80 per night based on two nights, two adults sharing one cabin

Additional tariffs:

£20 per adult, per night per cabin (up to four adults max)

£10 per child, per night per cabin (up to three kids max)

£5 per dog per night per cabin (up to 2 dogs max)

Low Tariff

Midweeks (Sunday to Thursday); outside school holidays, bank holidays, excludes Fridays and Saturdays, other exclusions may apply.

£45 per night, based on two nights, two adults sharing one cabin

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 
 

Before confirming your booking at Grouse Hill, please take the time to read the information below. It includes vital information regarding cancellation policies and the amenities and services available at the site, which will assist you with planning your holiday. All bookings are subject to the Terms and Conditions of a) Grouse Hill b) Wigwam Holidays and c) any third party booking portals. 

Payment Policy 

To secure your booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking, we do not accept provisional bookings so please do not make a booking unless you are in the position to honour it.  

Cancellation/No-Show Policy 

In the event of cancellations or no-shows we do not offer any (either full or partial) refunds. However, if more than 6 weeks' notice is given, we may, at our discretion, offer an alternative date suitable to you only if we have the availability to do so.  

Travel Insurance 

We strongly advise you to take out the appropriate levels of travel insurance so you can have peace of mind that your costs will be covered, should you need to cancel your holiday for any reason. 

Smoking 

Smoking is not permitted in the Wigwam® Cabins, static home or in any communal areas. 

Dogs 

Please contact us directly for details of our policies relating to dogs/pets. 

Group Bookings 

We no longer accept group bookings of any description and with immediate affect.

Arrival and Departure Times

For full details of our check-in/check-out times please contact us directly. Check in from 12noon for camping and caravans, 3.30pm on day of arrival for cabins.

Departure time is BY 12noon for tourers and before 10am in the cabins.

Cabin and pitch bookings 

When customers book online, they will be booking either a cabin, a pitch, a static or our cottage. In the case of cabins and pitches, cabin numbers or pitch numbers that customers see at time of booking DO NOT relate to your cabin or pitch allocation. The numbers seen online are in place to prevent us double booking a pitch and so we can keep track of our availability. 

Allocated pitching only 

Grouse Hill has a strict policy with our pitch allocation. Upon arrival, please check in at the correct time and our team will personally guide you to a pitch that is suitable for your needs.  

Allocated cabins only 

Once your booking is successful and you arrive at Grouse Hill, please check in at the correct time, and we will hand over your designated cabin key. 

Complaints Procedure 

We take all comments from guests seriously. In the unlikely event that you wish to make a complaint, you can contact us by telephone or email and we will respond. We will try to resolve any issues as soon as possible. 

Code of Conduct 

We expect all our visitors to respect and look after the site and the Wigwam® Cabin you are staying in. We also require you to respect your fellow visitors and keep noise levels to a minimum after 10.30pm. 

We reserve the right to ask guests to leave without refunds if they are noisy, disruptive or flout these terms and conditions. 

Parents are responsible for their children, as such children must be supervised at all times. 

NO BALL Games on the grass area in front of the Wigwam® Cabins or other areas.   Please use the play field at the top of the site ONLY.
